鹭潮鼓浪屿美院，位于鼓浪屿西岸，项目园区的前身，是福州大学厦门工艺美术学院鼓浪屿校区。后者于2010年迁移新址后，此校园静待八年，并以六十余载的工艺美术教育积淀和岁月蕴酿，思考和选择新的时代方位。

2017年7月，鼓浪屿以“历史国际社区”的丰厚底蕴，耀升世界文化遗产殿堂，2017年10月，福州大学、建发集团、联发集团的三方携手共建，给该校区创造了再次生长的机遇，并选择了通过文化提升与艺术重塑，培育成为“以艺术为主题的国际化复合型文旅生态圈”，努力实现“用艺术连接美好”的崭新愿景！

LUCHAO KULANGSU ART PARK

Luchao Kulangsu Art Park, located on the west coast of Kulangsu Island,used to be the Kulangsu Campus of Xiamen Academy of Arts and Design of Fuzhou university which had moved to a new site in 2010.

With more than 60 years’ accumulation about arts and crafts education and years of brewing,this campus has deposited for eight years to ponder over and select the development direction in the new era.

In July 2017, with the glory of “Historic International Settlement”, Kulangsu was exalted as World Cultural Heritage.In October 2017, Fuzhou University, Xiamen C&D Co., Ltd,LIANFA GROUP Co., Ltd launched the renovation project,which had created regrowth opportunities for Luchao Kulangsu Art Park.Leading and remodeling the beauty of Kulangsu culture, Luchao Kulangsu Art Park is making greatefforts to cultivate an international cultural tourism ecosystem with arts as the theme and realize the new vision of “Art Makes Life Better”!

1951年，在物质困难、设施不全、人才紧缺等重重困境之下，杨夏林、孔继昭、李其铮三位爱国教育家，倾注满腔热情创立了鹭潮美术学校。

这座建国后最早成立的工艺美术院校，成为了“福建美术界的黄埔军校”、“海上花园鼓浪屿上璀璨无比的艺术明珠”。三位创办人对中国美术教育的一腔热血滋养了脚下的艺术土壤，孕育了生生不息的人文情怀。

她是南中国美术教育的拓荒者，是披荆斩棘的美好守望者，是群星璀璨的鼓浪屿的艺术之光。

In 1951,three patriotic educators,Yang Xialin,Kong Jizhao and Li Qizheng,founded Luchao art school with great enthusiasm under the conditions of material difficulties, incomplete facilities and shortage of talents.

This is one of the earliest art and craft college established after the founding of the People's Republic of China.It has become "the Whampoa Military Academy of Fujian Art circle" and "the shining pearl of art on Kulangsu Island ".

It is the pioneer of south China art education, the beautiful watchman who fought through all difficulties, and the shining light of Kulangsu Island.

世遗鼓浪屿的人文回归和艺术重塑之路

Renaissance,Humanism and Art reconstruction of Kulangsu,the World Cultural Heritage.

世界的鼓浪屿，从来不缺乏关注。

然而，现实中的鼓浪屿在喧闹中，有些失落。

正如我们意识到的，鼓浪屿的优雅和从容正在远去，她的呼吸被来去匆匆的步伐打乱，她的气质似乎不再从容淡定，音乐、艺术、诗歌、人文……一切与美好相关的联想渐渐模糊。

2017年7月，鼓浪屿以“历史国际社区”的身份再次走进人们的视野，来自世界的关注，让我们再次思考：遗失在时光里的鼓浪屿人文精神和艺术风采，何时重回鼓浪屿？

Kulangsu, which belongs to the world, has never lacked of attention.

Surrounded by noises,she is a little bit lost in reality.

As we realized, Kulangsu's grace and easiness are going away,her breathing is interrupted by the hurried pace,her temperament no longer seems to be calm.Music, art, poetry, humanity……All associations related to beauty gradually fade out of people's sight.

In July 2017,listed as a world cultural heritage site,Kulangsu once again goes into people's vision as

"Historic International Settlement",and the attention from the world once again triggered our thinking:

When will the humanistic spirit and artistic charm lost in time return to the arm of Kulangsu?

2010-2017

静置的时空蠢蠢欲动的蛰伏着，

像这里的一草一木，春去冬来，静默生长。

游人依然穿梭，

喧嚣也未曾远去，

一切都在等待，

等待一个时机，

等待昔日的鼓浪屿归来。

The static time and space is waiting to move,

just like the grass and trees here,

spring followed winter, grow slowly and quietly.

Visitors still shuttle,

the noise is not yet gone,

everything is waiting,

waiting for a time,

waiting for the former Kulangsu return.

2017年7月

鼓浪屿申遗成功，成为中国第52项世界文化遗产，重塑小岛人文美好的梦想，再次燃起。

2017年10月，在厦门市政府的大力支持下，福州大学、建发集团、联发集团三方聚力而来，携手改造提升福州大学厦门工艺美术学院鼓浪屿校区，肩负着“让文化重回鼓浪屿，用艺术重塑鼓浪屿”的美好使命，这座空置8年的旧校园，将以“鹭潮鼓浪屿美院”的名义迎来新生！

In July 2017, Kulangsu was officially listed as China’s 52nd World Heritage Site, reigniting the dream to remodel the beauty of Kulangsu culture.With the strong support of Xiamen Municipal Government,Fuzhou University,Xiamen C&D Co.,Ltd and LIANFA GROUP Co.,Ltd are working together to renovate and upgrade the Kulangsu Campus of The Arts and Design College Xiamen Fuzhou University. Shouldering the magnificent mission of "regaining the culture of Kulangsu and reshaping Kulangsu with art",this old campus,which has been vacant for 8 years,will realize its revival in the name of Luchao Kulangsu Art Park!

鹭潮鼓浪屿美院占地面积近50亩，总建筑面积约2.2万平方米，作为鼓浪屿上曾经的一所艺术高等院校，承载了无数人的梦想和记忆。

鹭潮鼓浪屿美院文化提升与艺术重塑，将充分尊重旧校区历史人文，最大程度上保留校园风貌，围绕艺术主题规划四大功能，为来自世界各地的艺术家、艺术界人士、艺术爱好者和艺术消费者，打造匹配世遗高度的“以艺术为主题的国际化复合型文旅生态圈”。

Luchao Kulangsu Art Park covers an area of nearly 34 thousand square meters,with a total construction area of about 22 thousand square meters. As an art college ever built on Kulangsu,it bears the dreams and memories of countless people.

The project will fully respect the old campus humanities history,retain the original artistic theme with four functions,for artists from all over the world,art lovers and consumers, make match the height of world heritage"an international cultural tourism ecosystem with arts as the theme".
